Dr. Carmen Matei founded Radiance MediSpa to give her patients quality care with a personal touch. We believe that compassionate, comprehensive patient-centered skin care is essential for one's health and well being. Dr. Carmen Matei
Dr. Matei has been a physician for 30 years specializing in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.

Dr. Matei’s commitment centers on providing her clients with the utmost care and compassion, using the experience and dedication of a 30-year medical career. Her background in medical oncology is key to assisting her current clients with the best skincare protocols and products possible.

After moving to the United States from Romania, Dr. Matei completed her medical residency and fellowship at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. She is also Board certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology.
Meet the Team!
Gina Stephens, RN
Gina Stephens is a licensed registered nurse with over twenty-four years’ experience, specializing in Oncology for the last twenty-two. Early on in her healthcare career she worked at Southwest General in San Antonio, TX. She then moved to South Texas Oncology and Hematology in a supervisory role as the infusion nurse. During this time she received certifications in BLS, CPR, Biotherapy Chemo and OCN. As the supervising nurse, she educated, mentored and assisted new RN’s on standard procedures and techniques.

Since 2014, Gina has been working at the Rocky Mountain Cancer Center. Her interest in the Aesthetic industry has led to advanced training and certifications. She is passionate about helping skincare patients achieve their very best.
