We at Radiance MediSpa want to ensure the safety of all of our clients and staff members. In order to do this, we are following state mandated procedures as well as taking additional precautions so that you feel safe while receiving treatments at our facility.

• Per state mandate, masks MUST be worn at all times while within the facility. Masks may only be removed during procedures that require access to the covered area of the face.

• Hand sanitizer will be available and encouraged throughout your visit with us.

• Treatment and waiting areas are thoroughly sanitized between clients.

• If you have any symptoms of illness (cough, temperature of 99.0 F or higher, body aches, etc.) please notify our office prior to your appointment!

• Staff members are monitored frequently for symptoms and both Dr. Matei and RN Stephens are regularly tested for COVID as they have access to high risk patients in the hospital environment.

• Virtual consults may be arranged if/when possible.
