Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”)

As a healthcare service provider, Radiance has implemented programs to address the HIPAA privacy and security requirements. Under HIPAA, each covered entity (health care provider, health plan, or health care clearinghouse) is required to provide or make available to you a Notice of Privacy Practices (NoPP), depending on your interaction with the covered entity. To the extent a Radiance affiliate or subsidiary is a covered entity, a NoPP will be provided to you or made available to you by that covered entity. Any NoPP is not related to the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
